      Pros

      Tory Burch has the best benefits from any other company I have worked for. They are so flexible with scheduling and time off requests. With the Tory Burch values, the team we have at the Las Vegas Outlet compares to no other. The leadership team when I first started were so well rounded in everything, that it pushed my to do my best in everything. Tory Burch has a very simple but effective system that makes work not feel so heavy with all departments broken down to their associates.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced many downsides here at Tory Burch. The extended hours during holiday season is something I think should not happen but it is understandable in the retail world.

      I have been with Tory Burch for over four years and in those four years I have found not just a job, but a family. Working for a company with such an impactful purpose has been game changing for me. That purpose is at the heart of everything we do, from the clothes we make, to the women entrepreneurs we serve through our Foundation. It is felt throughout our culture and valued by all who work for the company.
