Pros

- Entrepreneurial environment that is extremely rewarding for employees that are driven, and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting -Flexible working environment, currently offering competitive working hours with certain departments operating on a hybrid or remote cadence -Generous pay and incentivizes employees to reach Company financial targets

Cons

-At time operates like a start-up with various initiatives that at times can create unnecessary spin for employees -Not always alignment at senior level which causes further spin and workload on management and below levels -Change of leadership was consistent but has since remained stable which has allowed for vision to remain consistent
