Gone downhill

Pros

Discount and sample sales twice per year

Cons

No company culture, bad work/life balance, ridiculously low bare minimum raises given each year that don’t even account for inflation, low bonuses, no room for growth, return to office has been miserable (bad work set-ups, no free snacks, again-no company culture), zero appreciation or gratitude expressed

Pros

Base play plus commission is a huge plus. Management and team are friendly. Due to the high turnover, there is room for advancement.

Cons

The goals for part-time are unrealistic. You are set at an exponentially high amount whilst working minimal hours. If you dont meet them, you are talked to, written up, and then terminated. I am the third part-time keyholder in a year and a half, and am on a final warning for not meeting goals. The turnover rate is astronomically high because client advisors get stressed out in attempts to obtain unrealistic sales goals.
