Pros

Generous discount, health insurance, paid maternity leave

Cons

They've done away with most of the "pros" that made this company such a great place for so long...Major lay offs happened twice; right before Christmas and in February in order to fund Tory's new leisure/athletic brand. Pay is not as good as it once was and they are also no offering the free runway looks like before, just uniforms that are tacky and poorly made.

Pros

Good discount and wardrobe provided.

Cons

After bring with the company 2.5 years I was promoted and moved to a new city. After 6 months they did the 2nd round of layoffs in 3 months and eliminated my position out of the blue. I came into work on a normal Monday and left with no job. No room for growth or job security. Company spends more than it makes.
