Pros

I enjoyed working here at the start, great team in a creative environment at a large luxury fashion brand in New York City. It got awful after only a handful of months.

Cons

Managers do not care about personally about their employees. I felt I was working in a factory, not a small creative team. Colleagues were singled out and intimidated when Managers were given a hard time for something from higher ups. This happened multiple times a week. We were talked to and told to stay later if it 'looked' like weren't at our desk enough. Even though I worked full time SALARY with benefits I still had to clock my hours on a sheet & take a strict mandatory 30 minute unpaid break. It was mentioned they might move Creative to New Jersey, there was never a follow up. This was only finally confirmed to our team when we read it in a news article, not from corporate. There is alot more but these are the highlights, do not work here!

Pros

There are no longer any pros. At one time this was an innovative company to work for. They have lost focus and lost caring about the employees.

Cons

1. Bonus structure is such the lower level management and employees will never see a bonus but the senior level management will always get a bonus, it is not always like this. 2. Cannot trust senior level management

Pros

Great, talented, and hard working people, that have your back.

Cons

Horrible management, over work employees, 80+ hour weeks, scattered design direction.
