Pros

Retail hours but they accommodate you as much as possible, small group of employees per store, room to move up in the company.

Cons

weekends and night shifts, feels a little understaffed at times, customers are not always the nicest and holidays you cannot request off

Pros

This is a company that know it is necessary to invest in their employees. They are always looking to improve on the systems and are extremely current with technology...plus you get free outfits!

Cons

I love the look of TB but some would say that they are too strict with the "uniform". It is free so I am not one to complain. I only left because I was moving to another city.

Pros

Great company!!!! Amazing support from home office & lots of opportunity to grow & move up in the company. Unbelievable wardrobe allowance & cominity activities are great!

Cons

Still a very young company & was always changing standards/guidelines. It was hard to keep up when everyday something was changing. It was very overwhelming some days.
