Pros

Recognizable branded company. Fast growing young company that gives potential for growth.

Cons

No structure. No consistency of what manager communicates to the staff (Ex. 3 people can be told 3 different things). Very long hours for the salary offered. Not enough adequate personal work space (just a desk, not even a cubicle! no, under desk filing cabinet). Company growing too fast and not enough staff to cover for the work load.
