Pros

The company does listen to customer's feedback and improve their product design. Got to meet some really nice peers in the company and some we became friends outside of work. The team that I worked with was very friendly and willingly support each other. Our team felt like a family. The employee discount was good and sometimes you have additional employee discount as well. The company also likes to do contest throughout the year.

Cons

Operational side of Tory is very messy. Many times projects or directions are given in a very short amount of times and at times, it feels like you are trying to catch up. There is a lack of reality from head office and upper management vs. what is actually going on at the store level. Sales targets are very high compare to what is going on with the local market trend. They only want to hear yes you can and not no you can't. High turnover rate in all level in the company.
