Pros

good discount, values of the company, philanthropic work

Cons

management didn't appreciate you if you werent sales associate. The sales team essentially doesnt lift a finger, its only sales support and operations that do everything. A lot of pressure on sales associate to make sales, meet targets, and constantly updating your client list and calling them often. A LOT of micromanaging

Pros

The Discount was great. Always great sales. The clients were always super nice. It was by far the easiest place to work(skill wise). And it was nice to have a uniform

Cons

Had absolutely no sense of urgency to replace missing GM. Organization was disorganized and training was non existent. The location I worked at the employees were caddy and disrespectful. They were plain mean and cared more about their sales then the people.
