Lack of talent in senior roles / management team.

Pros

high compensation (due to high turnover) and summer fridays.

Cons

Most of the talent hired in the company are not qualified for their roles (with little to no experience in a global function). Somehow, the company hires “rejects” from other brands - the good ones leave (because they are better than that) and the “bad” ones stay. Company is growing so quickly globally yet they still only think domestically.

One of the better retail stores to work for

Pros

Management was very friendly and accommodating to your schedule, so long as you were still able to work the number of hours you agreed to.

Cons

Greedy company. Makes millions and won't even provide commission or let employees take part in limited in-store promotions. Also, some managers avoid confrontation.
