      Sinking Ship - No Bonuses, Layoffs, What Next?

      Pros

      Fun product. The people who have been with the company since it was a good company to work for are the great people.

      Cons

      People left in droves earlier this year due to poor culture. Just laid off 25% of corporate employees two weeks before Christmas! People are spread beyond thin. The company changed bonuses to 100% company performance based right when the company started performing poorly. No bonuses next year. Constant rug pulling is sad and disappointing.

      Generous employee discount. Great Corp office location. Cool office decor. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. I feel very insecure here as I am constantly reminded that i am "Replaceable". Marketing, Visual upper management give me the feeling that they are just out for their own personal success and not the success of the Tory Burch Company. Seems like a big facade after working in the corporate office and observing the real problems.
