Pros

Great company values and culture. Good employee discount and clothing allowance.

Cons

Culture and values vary on position in company. Managers us back of house as sales associates but they don't get commission for what they sell.

Pros

Great benefits and great wardrobing incentive. Company values are inspiring. Market Manager/Regional in SoCal area are "people centric". They hold you accountable and challenge you in a positive, professional and respectful way. They value their teams. Corp partners are truly partners to the teams in store. We are given a paid day to "pay it forward", a paid day to volunteer.

Cons

Growing pains...register systems need to be updated, shipment systems need to be updated. All will come in time!
