Pros

Store teams were great. Good uniform entitlement for management

Cons

Head office staff were awful people No progression Stores are falling apart with a reluctance to modernise Product has become expensive but they don’t have the clientele for it in the UK which makes achieving targets extremely tough The talent team are very slow to recruit so constantly short staffed
