Pros

I love my fellow team members. We are fully wardrobed for work and are given a generous employee discount. Compensation is above our competitors.

Cons

Tory Burch used to be an amazing company to work for. I felt valued and proud to work for Tory. Times have changed. The brand's popularity is losing steam and the company is feeling the effects. Cuts are being made and the culture is changing. Some people in the company are calling this time "growing pains" but I happen to disagree. The quality of the product is embarrassing at times and we are constantly swapping out product that falls apart shortly after it is purchased. Many customers in our market have noticed and have stopped shopping the brand. It's very sad to watch.

Pros

I love working in corporate at Tory. Employees are engaged, hard-working, and happy to be there.

Cons

Can be a frantic pace (especially in managing growth v. costs) that doesn't work well for everyone.
