Pros

Free wardrobe, great commission / hourly pay, good discounts.

Cons

Don't promote from within, management picks favorites, management is unprofessional, regional management has no idea what is going on in the actual retail boutiques and it constantly criticizing the boutiques without actually knowing what is going on, customers are terrible and rude and never show up for their appointments, sales support is always cranky because they're highly underpaid and are never considered to be promoted to an associate position. The managers gossip about the staff constantly to other staff members. VERY unprofessional work environment. Part time is worked like full time (hours wise) but gets no benefits. Can't request off for holidays or vacations any longer.

Cons

Growing company, with growing pains. But this could be a plus if you enjoy that challenge
