they do not promote from within, no movement between store, low salaries , when a GM leaves , they work the AGM to the bone and then they don't promote them, big exodus now in the west coast , out of 6 stores in the west coast the are only 2 GMs and a hand full of AGMs running the stores.

-Losing much of the culture and heart that has made the company so successful -Largely young population that management treats in a very "old-school" manner -Low pay for lower level employees - no LTI for below VP level and low bonus for manager level and below -Very long work hours and not much flexibility with work arrangements
