Pros

The values that Tory created when she started the company are still present 10 years later. I've experienced internal growth for myself and others from both the retail environment and corporate environment. You feel like you are a part of a giant Tory family no matter which location you're at. Management is flexible with scheduling and vacation time is good. You are expected to make your goal but are not spoken down to if you do not make it, more of a supportive selling environment.

Cons

Because there has been expansion in locations and web shopping has become more popular, it can be very slow on weekdays and non-holiday times of the year so having a good client base is necessary.

Pros

Lovely management, charismatic clients

Cons

Staff are horrible, a lot of bullying especially if you aren't an original staff member. While I was working there staff let the store crying
