      -Start sales consultants out making a generous base hourly plus commission -Rich company culture with is used to train valuable employees -team oriented environment -provide wardrobe for all female employees and male employees are given an allowance -40 to 60 percent discount on merch and prizes given during holiday season -Supportive management -Amazing brand with an overall great image/reputation, therefore selling the product was simple

      long hours during the holiday season, but there is potential to make great money! It's difficult to get promoted since the store I worked at had a very low turnover rate and people rarely left. Therefore, most people had to start as part-time seasonal employees before they are given regular employment.

      Pros

      great values and good uniform. Very generous discount and benefits. The company spends a lot of time developing employees... But who develops the managers?

      Cons

      New leadership in the mid west will get you fired or not promote you if you're not her type. Take a look at all the managers in this region. It's very unfortunate that this is the perception of so many employees.
