      - Employee discount and sales - Some great people

      Cons

      - No accountability at the top - No clear direction from leadership - Morale is at an all time low and no one seems to care. Employees are quitting left and right but leadership brushes off concerns. - Horrible management of return to office policy - No one is happy to be there anymore

      The only good thing left is my Coworkers and Employee Discount.

      Cons

      No retention bonus. No yearly bonus. No personal bonus. Basically even if you make your personal goal if a coworker doesn’t nobody else can make bonus. (You miss out on money because of other employees lack of selling) The top seller gets the same raise as the bottom seller. (No point in giving your best, everyone gets the same pennies and dimes) Lack of understanding of the business from DM and up. (They all wfh and don’t understand how tired and stressed in store employees are.) You have to look a certain way to get promoted. (White Woman preferably with blond hair or a white man)
