Pros

A wonderful environment to work in, the company itself shows you what retail is supposed to be like. True customer service is valued.

Cons

The only part I can ever complain about is the on-call hours, but those were quickly gone after about a month of working there due to transitions in staff.

Pros

Clothing allowance, store discount, good pay. Store is often busy so there is never a dull moment.

Cons

There is bonus or incentive program for exceeding goals like many stores have. Store became more coporate lost its boutique feeling. Lack of leadership and management.
