      Pros

      Everyone at Tory Burch really embodies the core values of the company. Everyone I’ve worked with is kind, compassionate, collaborative, and usually very good at their job as well.

      Cons

      Depending on your department, there are tight turnarounds and a lot of last minute requests. I find management can be a bit demanding despite wanting you to have a good work-life balance. There are a lot of communication issues which leads to some issues in execution.

      Generous pto for FT, competitive benefits, product is beautiful, female empowerment message inspiring, great culture model

      Cons

      Too much turnover in upper management, lack of cohesion between executives and the field, compensation for longevity not competitive, work/life balance for field salary managers not consistent, inconsistent training processes and accountability, inconsistent embodiment of the culture model and thus waters it down

      Pros

      Employee Discount: 40% and all permanent part-time employees are eligible for almost all benefits including dental, vision, RRSP, etc.

      Cons

      The management makes it difficult to survive as it gets toxic and they claim to listen and care, however, it's exactly the opposite, and they won't ever come up with any solutions.
