      High basic pay. Dental claim for family.

      The POS system is slow and fails to process payments quickly. It's incapable of tracking customer profiles and refund sales are too frequent. Junior staff lacks knowledge and training is inadequate. Work-life balance is non-existent and off-days are not respected. The manager plays favorites with certain staff and there is no team spirit. Team communication is also lacking.
