      Pros

      Competitive pay/ commission based so you really can make your own way and path depending on how much work you put in. Company used to be a very pleasant place to work. Discount is pleasant, and I genuinely love the product

      Cons

      No structure, inconsistent rules, inconsistent expectations, do not provide tools to succeed, instills certain “values” that are poorly met amongst those that are in upper management, poor assistance during COVID. Literally had a manager point her finger at my face and call me disgusting— and there was no consequence despite her irate and sporadic behaviors

      Overwork their employees Management sucks Breaks, what breaks? Management wants you to do their job for them. Even on the clock. Space in store is crowded and unorganized. Always changing how things are done. Uniforms are not for all body types
