Pros

Tory Burch is a great company to work for. I started this job during the pandemic and it was a very professional environment that used safety precautions. The team was fun to work with and the customers were also pleasant. It was also very diverse and I appreciated that. I had off every other weekend so that was also great for a retail position.

Cons

Only con is the flat shoes you have to wear.

Pros

The job is easy, you currently have the option to work from home

Cons

low pay, poor senior management, cheap systems, no standards or set policies, they change the policies as they go along. They try to suck you into paying you overtime knowing you don't qualify for overtime during holiday pay. They overlap your 40 hour schedule into two pay periods to AVOID paying overtime. It's disgusting.
