Dont need experience in anything to work here Easy job, the task are very simple easy to learn easy schedule very easy to move up for promotions if your willing the job can be fun if everyone works as a team they have free coffe an snacks
Cons
Heavy labor stressful especially if your in leadership a lot of people cant keep up with the pace an it's up to the team captain to do all the work if his team dont back him up your day will be torture
