Decent pay, poor management

Pros

Solid paycheck, work/life balance is good until they can't produce

Cons

Revolving door of floor workers makes it easy for management to lie to new hires, little to no mobility. New rule about not hiring non English speakers seems incredibly racist and should be illegal

Pros

Free lunch on Wednesday Nice office

Cons

It’s really management and their reactive attitudes and rude approach to handling things. Everyone gossips about one another. No room to grow. Working Saturday is absolutely nuts . Poor pay, benefits were ok.

Pros

The pay at Tosca is excellent, providing a competitive salary that reflects the value of the work. There are numerous opportunities for travel, which adds excitement and variety to the job. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with some fantastic colleagues who were not only talented but also supportive, making some aspects of the experience enjoyable.

Cons

I worked at Tosca for about three years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The upper management is out of touch with the day-to-day realities of the employees, leading to a toxic work environment. Decisions often seem arbitrary and lack any real strategic vision, which has resulted in low morale across the board. The HR department is particularly concerning. They lack the necessary experience to handle employee concerns effectively, and it shows in their inability to foster a supportive workplace. There is little to no support for career development, and employee feedback often falls on deaf ears. Additionally, the company claims to value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), but the reality is starkly different. The lack of diversity is evident in leadership roles and throughout the organization, leading to a culture that feels exclusive and unwelcoming. If you value a positive workplace culture and meaningful leadership, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
