I worked at Tosca for about three years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The upper management is out of touch with the day-to-day realities of the employees, leading to a toxic work environment. Decisions often seem arbitrary and lack any real strategic vision, which has resulted in low morale across the board.
The HR department is particularly concerning. They lack the necessary experience to handle employee concerns effectively, and it shows in their inability to foster a supportive workplace. There is little to no support for career development, and employee feedback often falls on deaf ears.
Additionally, the company claims to value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), but the reality is starkly different. The lack of diversity is evident in leadership roles and throughout the organization, leading to a culture that feels exclusive and unwelcoming.
If you value a positive workplace culture and meaningful leadership, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
