Some of the people you work with are really great and kind. Very diverse in the lower levels of the company but not so much in leadership.

Cons

The leadership of the department feels very reactive in a scrambled I need this now drop everything you are doing. Can be disrespectful in meetings and on ms teams. Just in general not a great place to work. Lack of onboarding processes make it difficult to learn the business.
