high turnover! They bring people in hoping to get big deals and when they don't happen they let them go. I found out after being hired, the 2 people before me spanning many years along with the support of the whole company NEVER sold anything in the territory and now it was my job to sell something. There were almost no warm leads or business relationships to build off. Any creative solutions for customers are shot down by the company as not fitting neatly in the box of core services. They want a huge deal that checks all these boxes which is like hitting a bullseye with your eyes closed. I actually did almost have a big deal, but we raised the price deep into the negotiation which I think had a big negative impact as the customer wasn't sure if they could trust there wouldn't be more surprises.
