1. Brand Toshiba 2. Good projects- learning curve is good as you get to work with some cutting edge development projects

Cons

1. Top Management is not the best you can get. TESI has had several changes in top leadership in recent years 2. Cultural problems exist as it is battling between Japanese and Indian cultures 3. Some teams have bureaucratic structure- bossy bossses

1) You get to chill a lot as work pressure isn't much. 2) Thats it.

Cons

1) Really bad projects. An absolute no-no for freshers. 2) Very strict timings. 3) No free food. No transportation facilities at all. 4) Poor infrastructure. 5) Really bad IT support. 6) Lots and lots of useful sites are blocked. A nightmare for people working on linux. 7) People get to work on 10 years old technologies. 8) Rubbish treatment by Toshiba JPN. 9) Very high attrition rate. The management is forced to call contract employees. 10) 3 years bond for freshers with a breakage amount of 3lakhs INR.
