Total Expert is pushing hard for rapid wins across multiple departments / verticals. The trenches are filled with hard workers who have a passion for the industry, the customers and their TEam.

Cons

There tons to be a bit more red tape that can prove challenging to work through.

Strong connection with teammates. Extremely flexible and accommodating. Enjoyable work, lots of opportunities to innovate.

Cons

Because it is a fast growing company, some people may be a bit intimidated by the pace of change and the performance environment. That isn’t really a con if you have the right personality.

• Talented team with ambition and a cohesive culture. • It is as exciting time to be at TE, as it is in a great growth phase

Cons

Like any rapidly-growing company - and most other companies right now - I think everyone is just trying to navigate the best way to move forward safely and productively.
