      Pros

      Sr. Management continues to invest in technology. I've never had the pleasure of working in an environment where we're able to get the tools needed to get the job done correctly and efferently. TE invests in their employees. Through out the pandemic, we've received a number of gifts from leadership. Our CEO sends personal videos to employees discussing work, family and mental balance. He really does walk the talk! TE is a very inclusive and diversified company. It's been very refreshing to work with so many people who are happy to be there and know their opinions count.

      Cons

      I haven't come across any cons yet. We don't hire jerks! We only hire brilliant individuals who really care about what changes they'll be making to the organization. We've all been empowered to improve areas that have gaps.

      Culture can be clicky, fair amount of office politics that get in the way of efficient work being done, management can seem a bit disorganized at times

      Pros

      Decent pay. My peers were extremely talented, fun people to be around. They made the job bearable. Prior to COVID - $25 toward lunch every week, nice office snacks, and flex time off (which most managers let employees take).

      Cons

      I watched so many great people come into this company bright-eyed and ready to change the world. Watched so many get jaded and leave. Why? Terrible leadership. The CEO is condescending and believes his experience running and growing a top-performing RE company qualify him to insert himself into literally every aspect of certain departments at a SaaS start-up, effectively blocking extremely talented employees in those departments from actually making any meaningful contributions. The Chief Customer Officer is a diva. If you disagree or disappoint her, you're gone. The culture is one of fear, which means backstabbing is the norm and great ideas and passion come here to die.
