Total Expert is built on several clearly defined success principles that the leadership constantly reinforces. While this does not lead to a direct impact on the way meetings, sales, and management are handled it is pervasive. With over 3 years of experience at Total Expert and more than 20 in the workforce I can say Total Expert absolutely delivers! For the clients the results speak for themselves, for the sales team the leads speak for themselves, and for the employees the opportunities for growth speak for themselves.

Cons

This is a very tough place to work for someone who is not committed to success. For an employee who just wants to show up, do a job, and get paid this will be a very uncomfortable place to work. PS....I think this is a really good thing!
