Pros

Teammates genuinely care about each other, as well as serving our customers and making them successful. Daily see a dedication to doing the right thing even when no one is watching, and a desire to up our game and make improvements large and small in how we work, collaborate and serve. Prospects for the future are very exciting, as the company continues to grow market share and expand into new financial service verticals. Fast paced atmosphere where those who want to grow can thrive.

Cons

A few "negative nellies" scattered about, who can sometimes hinder positive collaboration and growth. But not everyone is equipped for start up atmosphere and what it requires, especially knowing when to be patient, and when to be impatient.

Market leader with strong momentum which provides lots of new opportunities for employees . Great people in every department for the most part.

Cons

Super fast past, not always clear direction on what you need to do day in day out. Health benefits could be cheaper/more affordable

Great co-workers, office location, flexible working hours depending on manager

Cons

Very high attrition and turn over, very low employee retention. Unstable culture, people getting fired without explanation or reason. Dark management and leadership style, very Minnesota nice, talk nicely to you, then talk about you and others behind your back. Execs are not equipped with the skills or support necessary to grow a business, let alone a fast moving software company. Troubled product, lack of vision for where the product should go.
