- The company is willing to take a chance on moving someone to a new role if they show the desire to succeed there. Many of the IT folks were given the chance to switch careers into IT at this company and have thrived.
Cons
The only con I can see thus far is that the company is expanding so rapidly that there is sometimes confusion when a new team is created as to what work they will do, who to contact, etc. However this is usually resolved quickly.
