      Terrible employer

      Pros

      Pay isn't bad, especially for the work. Not too busy.

      Cons

      Management is the WORST especially over the call center reps. Favoritism is terrible there. High turnover because they don't care about the call center reps. And HR Dept is just as terrible, they are not there for the employees, they are their for the company and the terrible supervisors.
