      Friendly / Guidance based work environment Opportunity to make great money Can work from any office in the nation whenever Regular Beer Drops (they bring you a beer at the end of a shift) Limitless commission General freedom when you find consistent success Merch Your advancement is determined by performance Prizes for milestones and successes (int. million-dollar broker trips) Benefits are pretty good Incentives and competition to engage people

      Intense industry Only consistent success can grant job security (you are replaceable) If you don't put in 110% success is almost impossible Dial quotas You have a lot to do before you start making commission Requires a great deal of commitment after work hours PTO is pretty slim through training but when your in it get much better

      Pros

      A lot of hard work at the beginning but can be very fruitful if you keep your head down and grind. Not limited to any territories so you can sell nationwide. Best technology and support system in the logistics industry to assist you with selling. Good training and mentorship program.

      Cons

      Hard work and typically takes extra time off the clock to help expand your book of business. First year to two years is a grind but is worth it if you are able to persevere. Can be frustrating selling in logistics but that is the cost of doing business in the logistics industry. Don't do it if you're looking for an easy and relaxed job. Need to be a go-getter.

      You get a base salary. You work at your own pace (which needs to be fast)

      Cons

      Expected to not take your full hour of lunch. Some TQL brokers have made a bad reputation for the company with both drivers and potential customers, leading to many DNC requests. Company is oversaturated with new brokers, hiring them to come in, churn out calls, then either get pushed out or quit, maintaining their 80-90% turnover rate, which made getting business harder for the rest of us.
