      -Uncapped commission (there are 20-something year old's making well over 6 figures in their first 3 years and setting themselves up for life) -Casual attire -Upward mobility -Freedom to run your own book the way you want to run it -Leadership is accommodating and fair. They genuinely care about their employees and their success. -Diverse, lively environment -Fun company culture (patio parties, happy hours, potlucks, etc.) -HQ is beautiful and has a gym, cafeteria, Starbucks, basketball court, etc. (and we're expanding!) -TQL is my family/second home

      -Finding work life balance is tough but achievable. If you grind nonstop for the first 2 years you're set and will find a balance -24/7/365
