- supportive leadership (leadership is always asking how they can assist me get to that next step - bonus or career growth) - great office environment/culture (happy hours, team outings, ping pong in the office, TQL cares program) - performance based position (what you put into it is what you will get out of it)
Cons
What you put into this position is what you will get out of it. It is not a clock in clock out type of role. With that, I reap the rewards of my efforts each day!
