      Pros

      You're surrounded by great people. Everyone is constantly motivating to get better and to try harder day in and day out. I've also been very fortunate to have a supportive leadership that has allowed me to take vacation days prior to completing my first year.

      Cons

      The hardest part of the job is showing up. Working everyday at 5am is brutal but that's only because I've never been a morning person. This is a 24/7 job and that's something you have to take into consideration when taking the job. However, in the end.. you get what you put in. So having a hustler mentality is part of the job.
