My Fast-Track Experience at TQL
Pros
The Pros of working here is the training, the atmosphere, the leadership, the competition, the opportunities, and the access so many benefits as a worker here. This is a place where hard-workers prosper and get recognized, this place requires a passion for succeeding (and making money). As a fast-track LAET, I moved all the way from NYC with my young family with a mission to make a career for myself, and not once have I regretted it. My recruiter was very honest about life here at TQL, so I knew what I came into, and it was worth it
Cons
The cons are that not everyone makes it as a LAE and it's not because support or training wasn't there because you have access to it ALL. This career requires you to push beyond what you think is your limit, for some people that's a con but for those that are successful that's what it takes.
