Pros
They serve you alcohol on Fridays. Very odd for any job to do that. Seems illegal.
Cons
Everything. The recruiters get paid commission based on how long you stay so they will tell you anything from “you’ll make 6 figures in a year” to “it’s the most fun job” to “everyone that works here loves it”. Far from true… they pay you a below average wage, work you 56 hours a week that will equate to about $12 a hour before taxes. You will call truckers to cover loads for 3 months with no commission at all to help your LAE. Then when you start cold calling, every single place is already taken by another LAE. Any big name, forget it. I would call mom and pop shops in the middle of nowhere asking if they have freight and they would say they’ve already been contacted by TQL and to stop calling. You will find any way to get another job and ask yourself “why the heck did I was 6 months of my life in this hole?” It’s a giant time waster. I regret ever stepping foot into that place.
