      There is a lot of pros here such as -Uncapped Commission -PTO -Good work environment (Team events/Good friendships built in office) -Caring Management -Learn an industry that will never go away -Can work from different offices if you need to travel (60+ offices across the US) -Paid extra for having a college degree

      There are a few cons but they are not bad especially if you want to succeed -Long hours -Must be super dedicated to succeed -Your phone is your best friend
