      Okay experience, not much room to grow besides sales

      Cool people (depending on which broker you work under) Great office (At the HQ)

      Cons

      Supervisors are demanding and all about numbers and metrics without understanding the actual day-to-day of the job A lot of truckers despise TQL Pay isn't great for long-term career if you're not in sales

      Great position for entry level sales. The position will get you comfortable with talking to people over the phone. It also has a robust training program so you will feel guided and supported while starting a career in sales!
