No training, no help, rampant gossiping, your assigned mentor will never come to work. Everyone else is your competition, they have no interest in showing you how to compete with them. Also, TQL uses a signal blocker in their buildings that stops your phone from using it's network. This forces you to use their wifi, once you connect TQL gains COMPLETE access and they use this to monitor and spy on your devices. From my experience by the time you meet your manager and mentor face to face for the first time, they already know way more about you than you know about them. They will then gossip about your personal life to anyone that will listen.

This company churns and burns fresh college grads, turnover rate of 98%, they put you on a successful brokers team to do all their busy work, and make sure they are able to keep making the company money, Then they place absolutely absurd metrics for you to hit in order to stay after your training ends. I knew people who worked almost 2 years and never saw a commission check. Oh and work life balance? Be prepared to wake up at 2am to “snipe” the only semi decent leads, and have to call truck drivers at all hours of the day and night. This company is a glorified pyramid scheme. There’s a reason 95% of the leads they provide have TQL’s number blocked. Avoid this place at all costs.
