      Money is real, know what you're signing up for, overworked

      Pros

      Commission can be earned if you work hard enough. "Freedom" can be granted if you reach a certain level. Happy Hours. The people. The work is real and interesting.

      Cons

      Overworked. Depending on the customers you have and if you make it through training, you WILL work past 5PM. I've gone nights with no sleep because of freight. It burns you out. The pay is poor for the work you do if you don't make commission. In training, expect to work past 5PM everyday to make it.

      While there is strong training, the expectations ramp up quickly, and it can feel overwhelming for newer team members. The fast pace leaves little room for error, and the competitive nature of the job may not suit those who prefer a more relaxed or stable day-to-day work environment.

      I really love the competitive environment and culture at TQL. You have a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement, and the training has been amazing. Overall, a great experience with great people.
