      Great Company, Uncapped Commission

      Pros

      You get what you put into the position. If you work hard, the commission is great. Training is great, everybody looks out for each other and helps each other out. Opportunity to grow with the company in leadership in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Training is 26 weeks long but can be shorter if you are doing really well.

      In my experience TQL's culture is unmatched. The experience this far is expectational as well as the work environment. Leadership really does their part in trying to help you through things that may be challenging. It's also nice having team outings to really learn about the people you work with and build connections with others.

      Cons

      Nothing thus far in my experience has been bad.
