      Pros

      The culture is great. Just a bunch of young professionals working together towards the same goals. You have the team around you to learn and succeed. The measure of your success is through a Hustle Grade which you can track and improve through making more calls and covering more loads.

      Cons

      Understand that you are here from 7:45-5:15 five days a week and 8:00-12:00 on every other Saturday for your first six months. You have to have thick skin with some drivers on the phone and be understandable and patient.

      Pros

      I couldn't be happier with my experience. The three things that stand out the most are: Team Atmosphere: The culture here is genuinely collaborative and encouraging. It feels less like a workplace/school and more like a supportive community. Great Tech: We're equipped with state-of-the-art technology that makes all the difference in efficiency and learning. Great Teaching/Instruction: The instructors/leaders are top-notch. They are excellent at breaking down complex concepts and ensuring everyone is set up to succeed.

      Cons

      While there are many positives, newcomers should be aware that the environment here is extremely fast-paced. The pressure to deliver quickly means the learning curve is very steep. It can feel overwhelming and sink-or-swim, which may not be the best fit for those who prefer a more gradual onboarding or a slower, more deliberate workflow.
