Benefits are GREAT, pay is decent, family atmosphere, so much fun to work here

Cons

Terrible, emotionally straining Job, SO HARD to not bring this job home with you. THey actually encourage you to take it home with you and stay late. This is NOT the job for a new family. You need to be settled for a while or single.

Pros

It's a great place to get cold calling experience. If you reach the level of a successful broker, you're pretty much left alone. Most people are willing to help, as they know how tough it can be when you're just starting out.

Cons

If you do not know how, or are unwilling to drink the company Kool-Aid, do not move forward with this company. If you're able to drink the company Kool-Aid and you don't mind kissing some butt, the chances of you making it here grow exponentially. By the time I left, it seemed as if sales support was out to get the brokers. There's nothing wrong with implementing new rules, however when new rules are created and they make the employees search to find what they are that's a no no. Especially when the new rules affect a brokers day to day operation of their business. Once a person gains experience at this company, they realize that they would not want anyone they know to work for this employer. The majority of brokers that have been there for several years have a negative attitude towards the company, however they feel as if they can't leave because the skills they've attained will not be able to help them get another job with the same compensation.
