Pros

Pretty see-through, you are worth what you are worth. There is very little political game. You either make your numbers or you do not. On a side note, if you put forth the effort, you will be given every chance to succeed. On a personal level, TQL, as a company, has made the enhancement of the individual a core element of its culture. From organized community outreach, to the state of the art gym at headquarters, to the numerous after work functions, TQL is all about bettering individuals and the team.

Cons

Work life balance. Due to the nature of the job, vacations don't really exist. You are still on call, never off duty.

Pros

There is a great office atmosphere and the company makes sure to allow as much comfortably for it's employees as possible. They have games in the office, friendly competitions, and beer drops when you break goal as an office.

Cons

The only part I truly was against was that when they bring on a new employee they tell you that you will be payed salary plus commission which is not true. You have to clear your salary in order to make commission and even then if you do not receive payment from your customers all on one week to clear your salary then you receive none of the commission. So if I did $1000 in revenue in one week, that would roughly be $250 of commission however my weekly salary comes out to around $650 so I would receive none of that commission. Likewise if I made $4000 in a week, that would equate to roughly $1000, i would receive the $1000 but it would not be added to my salary. So I would really only earn about $450.

- Great Work Environment / Company Culture - Sense of pride in what we do - Room for advancement (promoted on results, not tenure) - Compensation (monetary and benefits) - Fantastic Technology - In-depth training program Overall, working for TQL is a fantastic opportunity. If sales is a passion, you are wired to work hard, at a fast pace, are competitive and driven then there might not be a better opportunity. It is not easy, but nothing worth having comes easy. The most important thing is to be honest with yourself and figure out if this is something you can see yourself doing. Bottom line, it takes a lot of work!
