      Pros

      While it has it's pro's with the uncapped commission, the great career start, and the processes you will learn to grow in a sales environment field; it is NOT a 5 star place to work. The fact that glassdoor is even allowing these over and over mimicks of the last review that are obviously not "former" or "current" employees(probably recruiters,etc) is a good chuckle.

      Cons

      Read the real reviews on here. Frat type work environment so fun at times but extremely immature at other times. Work/life balance is brutal. Have to burn a hole in your phone to get this "70+k a year out of college."

      this job is horrid. they lie to you in the interview saying you're going to be making 6 figures in the first 2 years. HA! this is a joke of a company. they treat their employees like gutter trash. no opportunity to actually make a decent salary unless you started 2 years ago. all the big accounts are taken. all you will be doing is just picking up the little fish. please please please do not waste your time. they put you on goals within 12 weeks of selling. how are you supposed to create a decent book of business in 12 weeks. the commission structure is a joke. you work your butt off and put up 3,000 dollars a week to see none of it. IM TELLING YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! McDonalds is a better place to work...

      Pros

      Fun environment for a first job. People play music and are extremely loud. Mostly between the ages of 22-28. Upbeat atmosphere and encouraging at first.

      Cons

      Over 90% turnover rate. Worrying about getting fired every single day. No room for growth at all. Customers handed, not erarned.
